Lennie was a pimp that worked Gotham's lower east side. Lennie suspected that his girl Chi-Chi was stealing from him and when his suspecions proved correct he attempted to beat her. A young Dick Grayson told him to stop and when Lennie went after him they engaged in a short fight and he ended up in a dumpster.
