Danny Goldman the voice of Sam Giddell
Sam Giddell worked with Dr. Karos on a special plastic that could make people invisible. The plastic however became toxic to who ever wore it. After Dr. Karos death Sam Giddell continued his research to try and find a way to make the plastic safe but had no success. At some point Giddell hired Lloyd Ventrix as an errand runner. Ventrix stole some of the plastic and used it to make a suit so he could steal jewelry for his daughter. Batman met with Giddell and used his information to track and capture Ventrix.
