Kevin McCarthy the voice of Dr. Long
Dr. Long was the head of Gotham University and a friend of Thomas Wayne. After meeting Bruce Wayne Dr. Long accused Bruce of ruining his fathers good name. Dr. Long was also responsible for fireing Jonathan Crane which led to him wanting to get revenge as the Scarecrow.
