The Sewer King ran a child slavery racket under the streets of Gotham. He would force his children to steal and taught them never to speak because children are ment to be seen not heard. If the children broke his rules he would put them in a room with bright light. Because they were use to living in the dark sewer this hurt their eyes. One night Batman captures Frog one of Sewer King's child slaves and Frog takes him into the sewer to capture Sewer King. After a battle with Batman, Sewer King got away but Batman cought up with him and handed him over to the police.
Notes Sewer King kept crocodiles as pets. Sewer King might have been based on Captain Hook.
