Paul Eiding the voice of Ferris Dolan
Ferris Dolan worked for Tony Zucco. Dolan and his men were trying to sabotage a construction site in downtown Gotham. Batman and Robin stopped him. While Dolan was hanging from a support beam Batman grilled him for information. Dolan then gave him the name of his employer, Billy Marrin (an alias used by Zucco). Batman and Robin left him for the police.
