Park Row is a historical district of Gotham City. It was once a very beautiful neighborhood but after several years became run down and infested with criminals. People then started to refer to the neighborhood as Crime Alley. This is also the birth place of Batman. One night after taking Bruce Wayne to see a movie a gunman shot and killed Thomas and Martha Wayne. Soon after Leslie Thompkins comforted Bruce. This event became known as the Park Row tragedy. Several years later Roland Daggett planned to destroy Crime Alley and develop on the land. He was stopped by Batman. Several years later another business man named Derek Powers planned to do the same thing but was stopped by Batman (Terry McGinnis).
